I loved the cozy atmosphere and fine views with the beautiful mountains. The on-site pool was small but lovely. The Nespresso coffee at breakfast was such a good touch, elevating my mornings to a whole new level!

Had a great overnight stay! Perfect location near Belek and such friendly staff. They helped me with a late check-in and called me a taxi in the morning. The room was clean and spacious, just what I needed before my conference. Will definitely return!

The warm welcome & friendliness of the staff, the convenient riverside location, with stunning sunsets & mountain views, just at the edge of Belek town means that the hotel is literally minutes from the beaches & golf courses of both Belek & Kadriye. It is just short walking distance to the the market, shops, restaurants & bars in Belek town centre. The all-inclusive buffet breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner menu's which were basic with limited choices of main courses & desserts, were adequate and well presented. The bar service was very good. The are adult & childrens pools were ample for the size of the hotel & were cleaned on a daily basis. There is turkish bath, sauna & massage rooms, which are staffed by a first class professional masseuse.
Boiled eggs every morning were in plentyful supply, but it would have been nice to have omelettes & pancakes available as a simple choice. European children are not really catered for in the buffet menu & I think it would not be too much bother to have pasta, pizzas, chicken nuggets or fish fingers and chips availabe for the kiddies. The private covered in area on belek beach jas no bar or refreshment facilities. No animation is provided for children or adults.

In a somewhat shabby and unappealing area on a busy road and next to a petrol station. Pool not accessible as pool area being worked on at time of visit. Not a great holiday location.

The pool had no water in it. However, as we were only staying one night, it didn't matter for us.

modern welcoming reception area, bright and clean. The hotel manager was very helpful and helped me track down family in another hotel. This hotel must a very hard job competing against the 5* A/I hotels in the area but is a good budget hotel for the couple of nights that we stayed there. Plenty of fresh food for breakfast.
The pool was empty and the grounds around it unkept, which just made the hotel seem sad.

1. They would only take cash for payment, even though I had booked on a credit card, and made me go to an atm to draw money to pay thebill. 2. There was no hot water for my entire stay, in winter. 3. My room was not made up for two days and nights. 4. Although my package included breakfast, on the third day I came down to find the dining room locked, to be told the hotel was "closed". 5. The owners sold the hotel and disappeared halfway through my stay. The new owner greeted my complaints by saying it wasn't his problem as he had just got there!
